Job Description: Game Master
Responsibilities:
- Provide clear instructions and guidance to players throughout the game
- Monitor and manage game progress, ensuring fairness and adherence to rules
- Engage with players, providing hints and assistance when needed
- Set up and reset game rooms, including props and puzzles
- Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all players
- Handle cash transactions and manage reservations
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve game experiences

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to think quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Enthusiasm for games, puzzles, and interactive experiences
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
