ESL Instructor

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced English as a Second Language (ESL) Teacher to join our team. As an ESL Teacher, you will have the opportunity to educate and inspire students from diverse backgrounds to improve their English language skills. Duties:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the needs of students learning English as a second language
- Provide individualized instruction and support to students based on their skill levels and learning styles
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active participation and student engagement
- Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback for improvement
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods, materials, and resources to enhance student learning
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop curriculum and instructional strategies
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance

Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or a related field, TEFL or CELTA.
- Previous experience teaching English as a Second Language online and in person preferred
- Familiarity with tutoring techniques and strategies, including online
- Ability to effectively communicate with students of diverse cultural backgrounds
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to motivate and inspire students
- Experience working with children or young adults is highly desirable

Salary: $18.85-$35.00 per hour
