Job Title: Full-Time Remote Wellness Consultant

Location: Remote

Position Overview:

As a Full-Time Remote Wellness Consultant at Well Being Inc., you will play a pivotal role in delivering evidence-based strategies and compassionate guidance to individuals and organizations seeking to improve their overall well-being. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and goals, providing tailored solutions to promote physical, mental, and emotional health.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive wellness assessments for clients to identify areas for improvement and develop personalized wellness plans.
• Provide one-on-one wellness coaching sessions to support clients in setting and achieving their wellness goals.
• Stay abreast of current research and trends in wellness and health promotion to inform program development and client recommendations.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and program outcomes for evaluation and reporting purposes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a field related to public health, wellness, psychology, or a related field.
• Master's degree in a relevant field preferred, but not required.
• Proven experience in wellness coaching or related roles, with a strong understanding of evidence-based practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and motivate clients to make positive changes.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in virtual communication and technology platforms for remote work.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
