Immigration Caseworker

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Case Worker to join our team. As a Case Worker, you will play a vital role in providing support and assistance to individuals and families in need. Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and interviews to determine client needs and eligibility for programs.
- Develop and implement individualized Checklists.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using SharePoint and other records management systems
- Complete and submit Permanent Residence Applications - Spousal Sponsorships , Express Entry , OINP and LMIA based Work Permits

Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Demonstrated leadership qualities
- Empathy and compassion for individuals facing difficult circumstances
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
