Responsibilities:
- Perform substantive and client facing work including drafting email correspondence, letters and documentation to clients, government agencies, and colleagues
- Assist with drafting and filing applications with government agencies
- Learn about the various types of immigration matters
- Provide case management services to clients
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized service plans
- Assist clients in accessing necessary resources and support services
- Monitor client progress and make appropriate referrals as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records
- Collaborate with other professionals and agencies to coordinate services for clients
- Advocate for clients' rights and needs
Skills:
- Strong project management skills to effectively handle multiple cases simultaneously
- Bilingual proficiency to communicate with diverse populations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional time management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Access, Excel, and PowerPoint
