Immigration Caseworker

EXPERIENCE IN LMIA,EXPRESS ENTRY AND PNPs IS MUST FOR THE JOB

We are looking for a Case Worker to help our clients and team of professionals by managing their case load and managing paperwork. You will work closely with the case manager to ensure that all paperwork is completed in a timely manner, and that the client is satisfied with the services provided.

Responsibilities

• Manage paperwork for clients
• Prepare responses to immigration governing bodies (i.e. IRCC, ESDC)
• Contact clients to verify their status and ensure they are on schedule
• Confirm appointments,Review client's notes and prepare for meetings
• Update client records as necessary, such as when they have changed their contact information
• Provide support to clients through phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication
• Update client records in our database

Experience & Skills

• EXPRESS ENTRY AND PNPs FILING EXPERIENCE IS MUST
• Previous experience in a Case Management role or other related field (preferred and required)
• Experience handling paperwork for clients (preferred and required)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook/Excel. We will train you on our system.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized throughout the day. This job requires a lot of attention to detail. We will provide you with all the tools you need to succeed.
• LMIA/ Job Bank Experience ismust.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $16.55-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
