Nurture is a therapy clinic that supports children with developmental differences. We are a progressive and fun clinic, offering exciting opportunities to do things outside of the box. We have a friendly group of therapists who are dedicated to supporting and helping children and families, and we need your help!

Our Office Cleaner position requires a keen eye for detail to keep our clinic sparkling clean and safe, keeping our vulnerable clients in mind. This position is ideal for someone who is searching for a part-time evening position that aligns with their other commitments.

Responsibilities will include:

• After hours routine office cleaning
• Daily sweeping and mopping in a large office space with stairs
• Cleaning lightly used washrooms, and a small office kitchen
• Additional weekly and monthly deep cleaning duties
• Occasionally sanitizing or sorting many small objects (toys!) in a timely manner
• Working alone

This position also requires:

• Attention to detail
• The ability to carry out physical work safely and effectively (several trips up and down stairs, pushing, pulling, and lifting safely)
• Taking out garbage & recycling in the alley at night
• Confidence to ask for physical help or clarification when needed
• Excellent time management skills
• Being open to constructive feedback – we have high standards for the safety and comfort of our kiddos!

Work hours are from 5:30pm-8:30pm, Monday-Friday.

This is a permanent position starting at $18/hr and comes with 2 weeks of sick leave. You will have statutory holidays, 2 weeks paid holidays, and an additional bonus week off between Christmas and New Year’s. Upon successful completion of your training and 3-month probation, you will be eligible for a wage increase to $20/hr.

We are located centrally in Vancouver. Our office is easily accessible by transit.
