Evening Shift Sanitation Employee

Job Title: Sanitation Employee

Reports To: Sanitation Supervisor

Responsibilities and Duties include, but not limited to:

· Perform sanitation procedures throughout the facility following guidelines set out by QA department

· Maintain accurate and organized records of sanitation activities

· Encourage and enforce cleanliness on the part of the staff and ensure safe working conditions

· Help maintain all documentation for the purpose of auditing

· Co-operate with government agencies during inspections in order to meet and maintain high production standards

Necessary Skills

· Understanding of food safety & HACCP principles (training provided)

· Precise attention to detail

· Ability to be self-directed and make independent decisions

· Ability to understand and operate basic cleaning equipment

· Organizational skills must be able to plan and execute daily schedule with available resources.

· Conflict resolution, the ability to diffuse potential situations between parties involved

Salary: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
