- Prepare and execute high-quality dishes in accordance with our standards and recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Provide excellent customer service and accommodate special requests as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen environment
- Proficiency in various cooking techniques and cuisines
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting
- Reliable transportation available for weekends and evenings. We are not on a bus route.
