Compensation $85,000 - $95,000 + Benefits
I am excited to be working with a client who has been raising the bar when it comes to restaurants and bars. They are looking for a Executive Chef to come and join their great team and help create their culinary experience.
Responsibilities:
* Overseeing and impacting operations and ensuring compliance with company standards
* Leading, training, and developing hourly and salary team members
* Managing kitchen inventory and purchasing
* Cleanliness, facility up-keep and ensuring food handling safety
* Managing revenue and overseeing expenses and financial reporting
The ideal Executive Chef:
* 5+ years kitchen/restaurant experience.
* 2-3 years' experience overseeing the culinary operations of a high-volume restaurant
* Excellent communication and leadership abilities
* Results-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Looking to be part of a fun environment!
