We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Exterior Cleaner to join our team. As a Exterior Cleaner, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining exterior surfaces in various settings, including residential and commercial properties. This is a physical role that will require you to lift at least 50lbs. This role will also require your attention to detail and the ability to work at heights.
Duties:
- Clean exterior surface of buildings using appropriate cleaning solutions and tools
- Use ladders and aerial lifts to access hard to reach heights
- Operate equipment such as pressure washers or gutter vacuums, telescopic poles
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed while working at heights or using equipment
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and properly store equipment after each job
Experience is not required as training will be provided onsite.
