About the job:
We have one temporary full-timeposition available for a “Window cleaner/exterior cleaning tech”.
The job will run from early spring until at least the end of September and might become permanent with benefits.

You will be challenged in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive friendly attitude.
You will need an eye for detail in order to avoid call-backs and keep our reputation intact.
Responsibilities:
Work safely at a fast pace.
Work in all types of outdoor weather.
Work diligently and professionally to satisfy the expectations of all customers.
Learn and apply advanced squeegee and window cleaning techniques.
Use a “water-fed-pole" to clean large commercial properties.
Use state of the art exterior cleaning systems including a gutter vacuum system and a "soft-wash" house washing machine as well as a pressure washer and roof de-mossing system.
Use ladders.
Drive and operate a company vehicle as required.
Qualifications & Experience:
Canadian citizenship.
Must be double vaccinated for Covid 19.
Grade 12 graduation certificate.
Excellent communication skills.
Previous experience is an asset but not necessary.

A criminal record check and clean driver’s abstract are both required.
5 or more years safe driving and a B.C. DL is necessary.
Experience with ladders and fall restraint would compliment your skill set.
Some basic mechanical skills and trouble shooting ability would also be and asset.
