The Service Delivery Division provides income and disability assistance services online, by phone, or face to face in our communities. We strive to ensure our services are reliable, responsive, inclusive and accessible to all British Columbians who need our support.
The Operations Support Branch provides centralized operational support services for the Service Delivery Division (over 1400 employees, 83 locations, and $503M budget) that includes business intelligence, human resources, contracts, financial, Facilities and asset management. The Facilities and Asset Administrator is responsible for virtually supporting standardized purchasing and asset management. The position also provides technical advice to divisional records custodians to ensure records systems are in compliance with legislative and policy requirements.
Job Requirements:
  • Grade 12 graduation or equivalent (GED).
  • Experience providing facilities management services.
  • Experience in asset and purchasing policies and procedures.

Preference may be given to applicants with one or more of the following:
  • Diploma in Business Administration.
  • Experience working in the social service setting.
  • One of more years of experience in any of the job requirements above.

About this Position:
Flexible work options are available; this position may be able to work up to 2 days at home per week subject to an approved telework agreement.
There is currently one permanent full time position based in Kamloops.
An eligibility list may be established for permanent vacancies in Kamloops.
