What does an average day look like?

• Ensure the building’s mechanical systems are working properly
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance tasks
• Ensure new residents’ living units are ready and welcoming
• Complete general building maintenance tasks and some repairs in the units. The residents will really appreciate your help!

A typical day as a Selection Group maintenance team member is fairly straightforward. You:
