Hours : Flexible and up to 35 hrs. per week, hours vary
SIGN Family Support seeks an independent, supportive, creative, resourceful and compassionate individual to support families within Yorkton and Fort QuAppelle and rural surrounding areas. The successful individual will collaborate with members of an interdisciplinary team to plan, implement, coordinate, and evaluate client care and support in consultation with individuals and their families, while maintaining the rights and dignity of individuals.

Support and educate families in parenting, child development, communication skills and relationship building

Ability to use Microsoft Word and email on a daily basis

Take direction well from management, and contribute to a healthy team environment
Qualifications and experience:
A Bachelors degree, diploma or certification and training appropriate to the position is beneficial
A minimum of one (1) year experience working with children, youth and families
Valid driver's license and access to a personal motor vehicle for transportation of clients
A current and clean RCMP criminal record and vulnerable sector check
