Farm Equipment Operator

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, such as tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment as needed
- Use hand tools and power tools to perform various tasks on the farm
- Assist with planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops
- Maintain and irrigate gardens and fields
- Perform heavy lifting and manual labor as required
- Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment

Requirements:
- Mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
- Experience operating heavy equipment is preferred
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical labor in various weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating quantities
- Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in farming operations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

- Class 1 and/or 3 an asset.

- a positive, upbeat and energetic personality, that works well as a team player with excellent communication is a must.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $24.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
