Feed Mill Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Feed Mill Manager to oversee the operations of our Feed Mill facility. The Feed Mill Manager will be responsible for managing the production process, ensuring quality control, and maintaining a safe working environment. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage a team. You will also be selling livestock feeds to producers

Duties:
- Oversee all aspects of Feed Mill operations, including production scheduling, inventory management, and equipment maintenance
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement measures to prevent accidents or injuries
- Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality control
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials
- Manage a team of employees, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate repairs as needed
- Continuously evaluate and improve production processes to optimize efficiency

Skills:
-Ability to meet budgeted goals

-Able to deal direct with customers inquiries

-Responsible for financial statements

-Maintain current receivables

-Ability to supervise staff
- Experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
- Proficient in operating forklifts and other material handling equipment

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 44 per week
