Female Support Worker

The position is responsible primarily in the area of providing residential support for women and children including encouraging self- awareness, self-worth, and empowerment. Responsibilities are carried out in accordance with the mission, goals and standards of Prairie Harbour Inc, Standards Manual for Women's shelters, and the purchase agreement. On the job training will be provided.

Job Type: Casual

Salary: $16.00-$20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Evening shift
• Holidays
• Night shift
• Weekends as needed

Education:

• Doctoral Degree (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Class 5 Licence (required)

Ability to Commute:

• Portage la Prairie, MB (required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Portage la Prairie, MB: Relocate before starting work (required)
