THE POSITION
Keyera is currently seeking a Field Administrator to assist our Gathering & Process Operations located in Central Alberta. This position will provide support to our South field staff in the Drayton Valley and Rimbey areas.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Organize, facilitate, and track MOC’s to completion.
- Scheduling regular update meetings to track all KPI’s in PowerBI and follow-up on associated actions to help achieve setout Goals.
- Work with Maintenance, Operations and SCM to ensure compliance with approved processes and trending.
- Create and maintain standardized operating procedure filing system for electronic and hard copies for South Field including risk based operating procedure review cycle. Set associated meetings and track actionable items, including compliance with CSOP updates.
- Work with Maintenance and Operations to ensure timely completion of Maximo items and other deliverables including progress reports.
- Enter, review for completeness and track to conclusion the various proactive Safety items in Maximo and identify opportunities to build upon the Proactive metrics by scheduled review of standard communication processes (i.e., e-log).
- Work with Assurance Advisors on opportunities and track to conclusion.
- Assist with any other items as they arise including vacation coverage with other administrative staff.
- Process invoices for the area in Onbase and Maximo, review PO compliance.
- Provide Maximo support and data entry of Inspections, Preventative Maintenance support and PM updates.
- Manage Bypass registrar for each area.
- Support routine meetings, compile, and file minutes.
- Complete environmental reporting on FFVM for utilization and compressor run time.
- Assist with financial tracking and budget support.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-5 years of data entry experience; experience with Maximo considered a strong asset.
- Experience working as an administrator, familiar with handling data, scheduling, and standardizing administrative items across work groups.
- Experience with Field Operations and Maintenance staff, able to work with them on completing actionable items.
- Ability to understand and manipulate PowerBI to access and present data.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- A valid driver’s license and ability to provide 5-year standard driver abstract (clean driver’s abstract).
