The Field Administrator will be primarily responsible for the daily clerical duties and providing support to Alberta operations staff out of our Whitecourt office.
Main Responsibilities & Activities:
- Provide support to operations staff through collecting and reporting of data, data entry and distribution
- Maintaining databases and updating as required
- Invoicing: coding, review, processing.
- Perform duties to assist front line reception and associated tasks as required
- Assist with various duties/tasks within the office as required.
- Extra responsibilities could be added as we continue to grow our Alberta Operations
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of administrative experience is required
- Oil and gas experience would be an asset
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Open Invoice, Asset Management programs, production programs.
- Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills are required
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Must be a motivated self-starter in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate initiative and a strong desire to learn and improve
- Team player who enjoys learning and contributing to team goals
