Job Summary:
Under the supervision of Hopes Home CFO, the role of a Finance Administrator is to support and maintain the daily financial records of the organization as per company policies. They perform a wide range of administrative duties relating to payroll, accounts receivable/payable, bookkeeping, receipting and benefits as well as provide support to other team members and employees of Hopes Home.

Responsibilities include:
- Payroll Duties
- Accounts Receivable Duties
- Accounts Payable Duties
- Fundraising, Pension and Benefits, and other Financial Duties
Qualifications:
- Accounting Diploma with a minimum of 2 years accounting experience or combination of education and experience
- Experience working in an accounting and payroll systems
- Knowledge of payroll administration processes and applying labour standards legislation an asset.
- Knowledge of office administration, bookkeeping procedures, accounting (journal entries), accounts payable, accounts receivable and maintaining general ledgers is an asset.
Shifts: Monday to Friday, 8 hour shifts.
Location: Provincial Team (applicants can apply from anywhere in Saskatchewan).
