Finance & Insurance (F&I) Specialist

To support our continued growth, we are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance & Insurance Specialist to join our team.

Job Description: As the Finance & Insurance Specialist, you will be an integral part of the sales team, responsible for assisting customers with financing options and insurance coverage for their new powersports products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive or powersports financing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping customers secure the best financial solutions for their needs.Responsibilities:

• Work closely with customers to explain financing options and secure competitive interest rates for new powersports purchases.

• Process credit applications and gather necessary financial information.• Collaborate with lending institutions to negotiate terms and conditions on behalf of customers.

• Present and sell insurance products, including extended warranties and protection plans.

• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to financing and insurance.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with lending partners to secure favorable terms for customers.

• Work with the sales team to streamline the financing process and enhance the overall customer experience.• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving any financing-related issues.Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Finance & Insurance within the automotive or powersports industry is preferred

.• Knowledge of financing options, credit applications, and insurance products.

• Familiarity with BRP products, including Ski-Doos, Can-Ams, and Sea-Doos, is a plus.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

• Proficient computer skills, including experience with finance and insurance software.Benefits:

Salary: $60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
