The Finance Officer is a member of the Central Services team reporting to the Assistant Superintendent of Business. The Finance Officer is responsible for providing financial and administrative services. This includes ensuring accounts payable/receivable are up to date; coordinating the purchasing and tendering functions; as well as reviewing and maintaining School Generated Funds.
Required Education and Recommended Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience
● Diploma in Accounting/Finance, Business Administration or equivalent
● Two (2) years experience in accounting/finance or in a similar role
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
● Knowledge of computerized accounting systems
● Knowledge of office administration and bookkeeping
● Knowledge of, and experience in accounts payable/receivable and general ledger financial
systems

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $69,612.38-$80,496.08 per year
