Job Overview:
The Financial & Office Administrator person will be responsible for keeping the finer details of the business in order while providing regular updates on finances, insurances, & other business-related discussion points.
Responsibilities:
- Payroll (both in Canada & US)
- Reconciling & entering credit cards & bank statements
- Invoicing receivables & reconciling payables
- Staff reimbursements
- Audit credit card statements
- Monitor external business accounts (suppliers, vendors, contracts)
- Organizing and preparing Insurance renewals, COI requests, fleet paperwork
- Expensify tracking & reconciling
- Reviewing company projects for duplicate/missing entries, efficiencies & future strategies
- Communicating with event staff regarding credit cards, expenses & budgets
- Multiple company financial management
- Other duties as required could include quoting, invoicing & contracts
Qualifications & Experience
- Knowledge of Quickbooks Online is a must
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Valid driver’s license
- Post-secondary education would be a bonus
The job of Financial & Office Administrator will report to the Vice President & President
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
