This is the job for you! We are currently looking for (6) Customer Service Representatives for one of our clients in the insurance industry.
What is in it for you:
- Hourly salary of $22.97.
- 6-month contract.
- Full-time (37.50 hours per week).
- Hybrid Work: 2 remote days and 3 office days (Tuesday to Thursday).
- Weekday training for 5 weeks: from 9 am to 5 pm.
- Weekday Shifts: Rotating between 9 am to 9 pm.

Responsibilities:
- Handling of inquiries by phone from our customers and financial advisors regarding accounts, products, and procedures.
- Providing an outstanding customer experience, accurately and professionally.
- Provide comprehensive information to callers, resolving most queries on the first call by researching information on resource systems.
- Meeting productivity and quality objectives established by the department as well as Customer Experience Call Audits.
What you will need to succeed:
- Customer Service experience combined with meticulous attention to detail.
- Background in the Financial Services industry, with knowledge of investment products accessible to Canadian investors, such as RRSPs and RRIFs.
- A desire to learn and grow in a dynamic global company, with a strong emphasis on continuous improvement, adaptability, and accepting regular coaching feedback.
- Positive attitude and high energy.
- Proficiency in technical knowledge and software navigation.
- Effective communication skills, including active listening, understanding questions, and probing for clarification to gain a deeper understanding.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a structured approach.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, fostering an environment of cooperation and innovation.
