This is the job for you! We are currently looking for (6) Customer Service Representatives for one of our clients in the insurance industry.

What is in it for you:

• Hourly salary of $22.97.
• 6-month contract.
• Full-time (37.50 hours per week).
• Hybrid Work: 2 remote days and 3 office days (Tuesday to Thursday).
• Weekday training for 5 weeks: from 9 am to 5 pm.
• Weekday Shifts: Rotating between 9 am to 9 pm.

Responsibilities:

• Handling of inquiries by phone from our customers and financial advisors regarding accounts, products, and procedures.
• Providing an outstanding customer experience, accurately and professionally.
• Provide comprehensive information to callers, resolving most queries on the first call by researching information on resource systems.
• Meeting productivity and quality objectives established by the department as well as Customer Experience Call Audits.

What you will need to succeed:

• Customer Service experience combined with meticulous attention to detail.
• Background in the Financial Services industry, with knowledge of investment products accessible to Canadian investors, such as RRSPs and RRIFs.
• A desire to learn and grow in a dynamic global company, with a strong emphasis on continuous improvement, adaptability, and accepting regular coaching feedback.
• Positive attitude and high energy.
• Proficiency in technical knowledge and software navigation.
• Effective communication skills, including active listening, understanding questions, and probing for clarification to gain a deeper understanding.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a structured approach.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, fostering an environment of cooperation and innovation.
