We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide crucial support to our advisor and contribute to the success of our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the financial advisor to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Provide administrative support, including document preparation and file management.
- Assist in coordinating client meetings and managing the advisor's schedule.
- Handle client inquiries and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
- Administer tasks related to investment and insurance processes.
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency in data movement and record-keeping.
Qualifications:
- Previous administrative experience, preferably in a financial setting.
- Worked with contact management system, fund serve, Adobe and Docusign
- Basic understanding of financial terms and investment strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software.
- Customer-focused approach with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: $16.55-$30.15 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
