Job description

Job Type: Full-time or Part-time (Minimum 2 days in-house office work)

We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide crucial support to our advisor and contribute to the success of our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the financial advisor to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Provide administrative support, including document preparation and file management.
  • Assist in coordinating client meetings and managing the advisor's schedule.
  • Handle client inquiries and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Administer tasks related to investment and insurance processes.
  • Ensure accuracy and efficiency in data movement and record-keeping.

Qualifications:

  • Previous administrative experience, preferably in a financial setting.
  • Worked with contact management system, fund serve, Adobe and Docusign
  • Basic understanding of financial terms and investment strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software.
  • Customer-focused approach with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $16.55-$30.15 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
