Job Description
EJ Vandenberg is actively seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Financial Services Representative. At this location, ATB offers a full suite of Financial Services to the local growing community. The successful applicant will gain a wide range of Financial Services and communications skills in a small community environment. Within this role, the qualified candidate will also provide assistance in dispatching our fleet of commercial trucks by generating documents and coordinating shipments.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in conducting a variety of financial transactions within the branch, such as bill payments, deposits, withdrawals and more
• Proactively identify and respond to member needs to improve their financial well-being
• Participate in branch activities such as opening accounts, wire transfers, and credit card applications
• Assist in meeting team sales objectives
• Assist in generating customs documents for cross-border shipments in a time-sensitive environment
• Assist in coordinating shipments between producers, customers, and drivers through phone and email

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Salary: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
