Fine Dining Server

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Smart Casual Fine Dining Server to join our team at our Italian restaurant in Okotoks. As a Smart Casual Fine Dining Server, you will provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring an unforgettable dining experience. This position requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering top-notch service.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about the menu
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on their needs throughout the dining experience
- Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining area
- Process payments and handle cash transactions with accuracy
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth food service
- Assist with food preparation when needed

Skills:
- Previous experience as a server in an Italian Fine Dining restaurant
- Proficiency in using POS systems for order taking and payment processing

- Must have knowledge of wine and the ability to pair wines with meals

- Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine is preferred

- Able to work in a team environment

- The right qualified candidate has the possibility to earn one thousand dollars in gratuities per week
