SalaryTekarra Ltd is a local Hinton Business serving Yellowhead County, Edson, Hinton, Jasper and Grande Cache. We specialize in Fire protection sales and services including but not limited to Fire Alarms, Fire Extinguishers, Kitchen Suppression systems, Sprinkler systems, Off Road Suppression, installation, and services. We are working hard to be a leader in the Fire Protection industry and are looking to expand our team. Position Responsibilities:
- Preform inspections on various types of suppression equipment
- Installation & Services on various types of suppression equipment
- Ability to work in all types of weather conditions outdoors
- Highly motivated
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients
- Must have a valid Class 5 driver’s license and 5 years drivers abstract
- Training and upgrading as required
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Job Functions:
- Monday to Friday 8-5 (Regular Shift)
- Occasional overtime will be required
- Some job sites require 12 hour days
- Possibility of on call (with compensation)
Education, Experience, and Training:
- Any of the following training is considered an asset but not required*
o CFAA
o Journeyman Electrician
o Knowledge of Canadian Fire and NFPA Codes
o Pre Engineered Restaurant Fire Suppression
o First Aid
