Job Summary
Now, if you were to come on board as a Fitness and Wellness Director, we’d ask you to do the following for us:
-Manage and oversee the F&W Studio(s), providing a positive environment for TD Facility occupants of all physical levels, abilities and ages for any F&W Activity.
-Maintain the F&W Studio to ensure all TD F&W Equipment is clean or presentable and available at all times and will notify TD Concierge Owner of any missing or malfunctioning F&W Equipment.
-Perform inspection of F&W Studio for cleanliness and submit FM WO as required.
-Create and operate a F&W Schedule to drive traffic to the F&W Activity.
-Within the F&W Schedule, consider incorporation of other SOW Services (such as but not limited to, nutrition and healthy eating).
-Crafting and implementing holistic health and Wellness programs within various diverse environments.
-Coaching and promoting health and Wellness within organizations.
-Development, implementation, and delivery of Health Education courses.
-Lead dynamic and engaging group fitness classes tailored to diverse participant needs - focusing on individual goals, health conditions, and fitness levels.
-Create and maintain job specific SOPs.

-At least two years of related experience
-A strong manager, leader, motivator and mentor.
-A detail-oriented individual and a strong team player.
-Outstanding client relationship skills.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
