We are seeking an energetic team player to join our fleet team. Fleet Labourers are required to reposition vehicles; therefore, our ideal candidate has their Class 3 driver’s license or is willing to obtain one with the support of the Wilson’s team (financial support to obtain this license is available to the right candidate).
The Fleet Labourer is responsible for servicing buses and other vehicles including cleaning the vehicles, fueling, checking and filling fluids, and performing basic maintenance checks on the vehicles.

What we are looking for:
- The ability to obtain or have a current BC Class 3 driver’s license with Air Brake endorsement. Financial support to obtain this license is available.
- Clean driving record.
- Ability to bend and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Willing to work outdoors and stand for long periods of time in all weather conditions.
- Previous fleet or transportation experience an asset.
