The Office Administrator is responsible for providing administrative and clerical services in order to ensure effective and efficient operations. Providing these services will ensure that operations are maintained in an effective and efficient manner.
Duties and Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the manager on duty, the duties and responsibilities of the Office Administrator include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Arrange and coordinate upcoming parties and events with Party Hosts;
- Assist in other areas of the facility when needed;
- Answer general phone inquiries, relay calls to the appropriate person, and return phone calls in a timely, professional, and courteous manner;
- Approaching customers and providing assistance as necessary;
- Maintain and update all pertinent paperwork and computerized filing systems;
- Maintain the cleanliness of the facility and parking area (e.g. counters, sweeping, windows/mirrors, empty garbage, etc.);
- Greet customers and visitors, ascertain nature of business and direct visitors to the appropriate person;
- Greet visitors to the Company in a professional and friendly manner;
- Sort incoming mail, and deliveries for distribution;
- Prepare and send outgoing mail, and packages;
- Participate in birthday party “shout outs”;
- Uphold and maintain all Health & Safety Practices and Emergency Procedures to keep both employees and customers safe;
- Data entry and upkeep of the Company’s databases, ensuring a high level of accuracy; and
- Provide administrative support to management and other staff.

Minimum Requirements
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a clerical or office administrative capacity;
- Completion of a high-school diploma;
- Able to communicate effectively (both written and verbal);
- Strong problem-solving skills;
- Accountable and dependable;
- Able to work in a team environment as well as independently;
- Proficient in using a computer, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
- Experience with File Maker Pro is or other database software is preferred;
- Exceptional attention to detail and quality of work;
- Valid Driver’s License;
- Good organizational, time management and prioritizing skills;
- Ability to demonstrate a positive attitude and strong work ethic; and
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks.
Working Conditions
- Work normal business hours but may be required to do some work in the evenings or outside normal working hours;
- Able to work on a computer for long periods of time;
- May be required to drive on Company-business;
- Able to lift up to fifty (50) lbs;
- Required to work in a busy, open area office which may result in constant interruptions;

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
