A Food and beverage server assistant, also known as a busser or runner, plays a crucial role in the smooth operation of a restaurant or food establishment. Their primary responsibilities include: 1. Clearing and resetting tables: Server assistants are responsible for quickly and efficiently clearing tables after guests have finished their meals. They remove dirty dishes, glassware, and utensils, and ensure that the table is clean and ready for the next party.2.
