- Greeting customers warmly and escorting them to their tables.
- Presenting menus, describing menu items, and making recommendations upon request.
- Taking Food and Beverage orders accurately and promptly.
- Entering orders into the point-of-sale (POS) system and ensuring they are transmitted to the kitchen or bar.
- Serving Food and drinks to customers in a timely manner.
- Checking in with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues.
- Monitoring and maintaining cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and floors.
- Preparing and setting up dining areas, including setting tables with appropriate silverware, glassware, and condiments.
- Handling cash, credit card, and other payment transactions accurately.
- Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Adhering to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and regulations.
- Upselling additional Food and Beverage items to increase revenue.
- Clearing tables and resetting them for the next customers.
- Providing assistance to other staff members as needed, such as running food or bussing tables.
- Attending staff meetings and training sessions as required.
