Admin/assistant, accounts payable

Require a friendly, mature, reliable, detailed orientated person that is a team player and able to handle a variety of tasks in a very busy office. Sage 50 accounts payables, and payroll. 3 Years Sage 50 experience required and a high degree of numerical accuracy. Duties include filing, reception relief, scanning, document coding, general office administration, etc. and other tasks as assigned from time to time. Willingness to learn and work within established procedures.

Part-time to start, transitioning to long term full time with opportunity for growth.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
