Position involves, but not limited to:
Accounts Payable tasks daily
Provide Back Up to the Accounting Technician
Provide HSE Support – training
Other Miscellaneous office duties, as required.
Successful applicant will:
Possess a grade 12 diploma.
Be comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Possess a friendly demeanor and have excellent communication skills.
Know how to multitask, stay organized and be always efficient in their work.
Can work as part of a team, as well as independently.
Pay strong attention to detail.
Be teachable and willing to learn new things.
Extra Consideration will be given to those that have:
Office Administration post secondary education
2+ years office experience in the oilfield trucking industry
Axon software experience, specifically the AP module
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
