WHAT WE OFFER

WHAT YOU GET TO DO!
- Daily cash balancing, coding and bank deposit preparation
- Coding and data entry of external Accounts Payable (AP) invoices
- Coding and data entry of manufacturers AP invoices
- Processing of payment for vendors invoices
- Printing and compiling of cheques and backup
- Reconciliation of vendor statements to outstanding AP invoices
- Reconciliation of Manufacturer “Parts” statement
- Reconciliation of “Plates” statement
- Completion of various Monthly Expense Analysis
- Provides clerical support for Controller & Assistant Controller
- Assists with Accounts Receivable Collection
- Other Duties as assigned
WHAT YOU BRING TO US!
- Accounting diploma, or Certificate with 3- years of work experience in full cycle Accounts Payable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, E-mail)
- Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage competing deadlines without sacrificing accuracy and attention to detail
- Be a team player with excellent collaboration, organizational, & communication skills
