Accounts Payable Clerk

As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you are responsible for receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices.

Responsibilities

• Sort and submit invoices for month end
• Reconcile statements and vendor accounts
• Data entry of invoices
• File invoices and cheques
• Calculate variances on invoices
• Scan and email backup to vendors

Qualifications

• Degree/diploma in a relevant field
• 1+ years of relevant experience
• Time management and prioritization skills
• Advanced data entry and computer skills
• Professional & effective communication skills
• Self-starter with high degree of initiative, adaptability, and flexibility
• Ability to work in a high stress, fast-paced, team-oriented environment
