As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you are responsible for receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices.

Responsibilities
- Sort and submit invoices for month end
- Reconcile statements and vendor accounts
- Data entry of invoices
- File invoices and cheques
- Calculate variances on invoices
- Scan and email backup to vendors
Qualifications
- Degree/diploma in a relevant field
- 1+ years of relevant experience
- Time management and prioritization skills
- Advanced data entry and computer skills
- Professional & effective communication skills
- Self-starter with high degree of initiative, adaptability, and flexibility
- Ability to work in a high stress, fast-paced, team-oriented environment
