Accounts Payable Administrator

We are currently looking to fill an Accounts Payable Administrator position within our company. The position offers a competitive wage with group benefits. We are an Oilfield Fluid Transportation company specializing in Tank Truck operations.

The ideal candidate will be an individual with a vibrant and upbeat personality. This is a full time position located in our Grande Prairie office.

Duties include but are not limited to:

- process Accounts Payable

- monitor expenses

- process payments

- various data entry

- track expenses for job costing

- account reconciliations

- intercompany reconciliations

- intercompany transactions

- answer phones and greet visitors

Qualifications:

· Minimum 5 years experience in an office environment

· Must have a Business Administration Diploma or experience equivalent

· Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word

· Good communication skills and attention to detail

· Must be willing to work overtime if necessary

· Experience with Sage (Simply) Accounting would be an asset
