The Accounts Payable Administrator is responsible for the timely and accurate processing of all Accounts Payable and providing superior customer service to both internal and external customers.

Responsibilities:
- Review emails received through the Accounts Payable inbox and respond in a timely fashion
- Perform day to day financial transactions- verifying, classifying, and recording Accounts Payable data
- Review and post purchase invoices for processing and payment in a digitalized environment
- Reconcile Accounts Payable data to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted
- Maintain organizational system for purchase documents, payment batches and remittance advices
- Maintain the Company’s vendor list and billing information
- Assist the Accounting team with other projects and tasks as required
Education and Experience :
- 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role or full-cycle accounting
- Two-year diploma in accounting or business
- Proven ability to handle a fast-paced environment
- Process-oriented with a logical mindset, using reasoning to solve problems
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail with an ability to analyze and process high volumes of financial data
- Superior organizational and time management skills
- High standards for work, meticulous, with great attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Proficiency using accounting software and Microsoft Office suite
