Accounts Payable Administrator

The Accounts Payable Administrator is responsible for the timely and accurate processing of all Accounts Payable and providing superior customer service to both internal and external customers.

Responsibilities:

• Review emails received through the Accounts Payable inbox and respond in a timely fashion
• Perform day to day financial transactions- verifying, classifying, and recording Accounts Payable data
• Review and post purchase invoices for processing and payment in a digitalized environment
• Reconcile Accounts Payable data to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted
• Maintain organizational system for purchase documents, payment batches and remittance advices
• Maintain the Company’s vendor list and billing information
• Assist the Accounting team with other projects and tasks as required

Education and Experience :

• 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role or full-cycle accounting
• Two-year diploma in accounting or business
• Proven ability to handle a fast-paced environment
• Process-oriented with a logical mindset, using reasoning to solve problems
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail with an ability to analyze and process high volumes of financial data
• Superior organizational and time management skills
• High standards for work, meticulous, with great attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Proficiency using accounting software and Microsoft Office suite
