The F&B Admin Assistant is a highly organized team player who supports the management team with administrative tasks, such as payroll, safety tracking, waste management tracking and front of house tasks.

Job Responsiblities
Remain up-to-date on information provided in the Food & Beverage Operations Policies and Procedures manual and the Whistler Blackcomb Employee Handbook
Constantly strive for self-improvement, encourage co-workers to ‘be the best that they can be’ and support our team
Assist the Unit Manager with the daily administration including mail, voicemail, email, notice board updates, general filing, word processing, office trash/recycle removal, payroll, action forms
Maintain an ‘audit trail’, a system of checks and balances, that ensures the integrity of all business conducted by the unit
Update daily communication logbooks
Act as first point-of-contact for our support areas, responding in a timely and helpful manner
We are a company that works together and throughout the season you may be required to assist other departments as needed
Support restaurant on the floor as needed – training will be provided
Always show up on time, in uniform, and adhere to the grooming policy!

Previous office experience required
Previous customer service experience an asset
An aptitude for mathematics and accounting
Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Windows/Office
Above average familiarity of foodservice terms, product identification/usage and restaurant operation
Active listener and supportive team player
Work well under the pressure of time constraints, demanding customers and concurrent task “juggling”
Proof of clear criminal record check
Skiing/Riding ability an asset
