Food Production Specialist

Are you passionate about Food Production and have a strong understanding of HACCP principles? We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team at HalalMeals Ready Foods Ltd. as a Food Production Specialist.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and adhere to HACCP principles in all Food Production processes.
• Monitor and control temperatures during the preparation and cooking of various meats, including fish, chicken, and beef.
• Determine baking times for different types of meat, ensuring optimal flavor and safety.
• Cook meat items to perfection, including rare, medium, and well-done steaks.
• Operate and demonstrate proficiency in the use of commercial rational ovens.
• Have a solid concept and understanding of labeling procedures in accordance with food safety regulations.
• Lift and handle weights up to 25 lbs to assist in various aspects of food preparation.
• Maintain a continuous standing position during working hours.
• Comfortably work with heat and hot items, demonstrating awareness of safety protocols.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth and efficient production process.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Food Production, with a focus on meat preparation.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP principles and food safety regulations.
• Familiarity with cooking temperatures and baking times for different types of meat.
• Experience and proficiency in the use of commercial rational ovens.
• Physical capability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand continuously during working hours.
• Ability to work with heat and hot items while adhering to safety guidelines.
