Food Production Specialist / Food Manager

Job Responsibilities:

The Food Production Specialist / OEM Operation Manager is responsible for overseeing all OEM Food Production to ensure all duties are carried out safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Oversee all aspects of OEM Food Production, ensuring safe and efficient task execution.
• Manage daily operations, optimize Food Production schedules through effective planning, resource organization, and control.
• Adhere to and enforce compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act.
• Train employees in food preparation and safety protocols.
• Handle special projects and prepare ad-hoc reports as required.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role in the Food Manufacturing Industry.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and HACCP plant management.
• Be proficient with MS Office programs.
• Holding a food handler certificate is advantageous.
• Demonstrated excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Proven leadership skills for managing a food processing facility.
• Ability to motivate and lead a team effectively.
• Knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.

Salary: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
