```Duties```
- Oversee daily operations of the food establishment, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Manage and train a team of Food Service staff, including scheduling and performance evaluations
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and storage
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address any concerns or complaints
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop and update menu offerings
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales
```Experience```
- Previous experience in a Food Service management role preferred
- Strong knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, including team management and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to cook and prepare food items as needed
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
