Food Service Supervisor

Responsibilities:
- Take customer orders and process payments using a POS system
- Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with established recipes and quality standards
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any issues or complaints
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies and monitoring stock levels
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and smooth workflow
- Train and supervise new employees, providing guidance and support as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience in the Food Service industry, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and safe food handling practices
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse range of customers
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members and customers
- Experience in restaurant management or team management is a plus
- Experience conducting interviews is a plus
