Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintaining co-ordination between management and staff and see all front and back restaurant
operations.
* Opening and closing of the restaurant, with access to the safe and/or float.
* Supervise, Co-ordinate and schedule the tasks of staff, helping in kitchen and attending at food
counters.
*Prepare food order summaries for kitchen staff in compliance with customers request.
*Keep a sharp look on quality control standards, food preparation and presentation to ensure
following of all food and safety regulations.
*Ensure the safety and well-being of the staff and customer as per health code compliance and
sanitation standards.
*Maintain paperwork including the documentation of issues concerning the restaurant, staff and
customers as per restaurant policies.
*Training and coaching of the new employees as per the directions of the management.
*Enquiring about the quality of food and service from customers and as per their feedback,
develop and implement ways to improve customer services.
*Ensure to maintain the decorum and ambience of the front desk and cleanliness of the entire
restaurant.
