Job Duties

• Load, run and unload dish machine
• Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware
• Bag and haul trash in the dish area to the designated area
• Ensures the kitchen is kept clean and sanitized throughout shift and monitor product supply, replenish when needed
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Cold kitchen production – washes, peels, slices, dices, and juliennes all vegetables and fruits required for food stations and catering services
• Prepares all ingredients for and assembling of sandwiches, salads, etc.
• Greets customers and provides friendly and courteous service, while preparing order as per request, at various food stations
• Ensures the kitchen is kept clean and sanitized throughout shift and monitor product supply, replenish when needed
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred
• Ability to lift to 10 lbs
• Knows and follows knife handling skills and safety requirements
• Current Safe Food Handlers Certificate
• Government clearance is required

Schedule

• Monday to Friday / Morning & Afternoon shifts
• Weekend’s off but may be required for special events
• Start working March 11th 2024

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.50 per hour
