As a Framer, you will play a vital role in supporting our construction projects and contribute building communities in Ottawa. The shift will be Monday to Thursday from 7:00 am to 4:30 pm and Friday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. Must have a willingness to travel and reliable transportation.

The Role:
- Assist in the structural framing of residential homes
- Complete the strapping on houses 1st, 2nd, and basement living areas
- Construction of drops, bulk heads, stud straightening, finished basements and stairs
- Review and follow working drawings
- Building frost walls and basement bulk headers
- Conducts work safety and adheres to safety protocols
- Perform additional duties, as required
You will bring:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in framing, back framing, construction, labour or related field
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Safety certification in Working at Heights, WHMIS, WSIB
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality
- Excellent communication & communication skills
- Motivated to work hard and be a contributing team member
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment
- Demonstrated organization and time management skills with the ability to prioritize
