Front Desk Administrator

Pebbles and Piaget Early Learning Walnut Grove is looking for an experienced Front Desk Administrator who is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the Management Team with the school's daily operation. Pebbles and Piaget Front Desk Administrator is computer savvy, reliable, comfortable on the phone, and is a team player who excels in a fast-paced environment. If you are someone with excellent organizational skills and an outgoing personality who enjoys interacting with families and colleagues this may be the position for you. Our ideal candidate can handle customer questions and concerns with equal amounts of professionalism.
Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma or certificate
• Clear Criminal Record
• Strong command of the English language (oral & written)
• Multitasking abilities
• Organizational abilities
• Technical Prowess
• 3 year customer service experience
• 3 year administration experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $17.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
