Intuitive Rehabilitation Services is on the search for a motivated, professional and outgoing Front Desk Administrator to join the team at our clinic.
We have two beautiful locations located in Chilliwack, a rapidly growing area offering easy access to many recreational opportunities including hiking, mountain biking, cross country running trails, skiing and more. At our clinic you will work alongside a team of qualified Therapists (Occupational, Chiropractic, Physiotherapy, Registered Massage Therapy, Psychology and Counselling, Kinesiology, Social Work and Dietitian's) in a full-service rehabilitation clinic offering treatment programs for a variety of injuries from sports, work, home and motor vehicle accident claims. In addition, there may be some community and home based clients.
Your ServiceSkills will include:
- Ability to provide above and beyond customer service and compassion to clients
- Efficient and timely communications with clients, therapists, insurance companies, lawyer offices and any third party that conduct business with the clinic
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment. This include the ability to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient services to clients and to therapists
- Accountability, integrity and honesty
- Strong organizational and problem solving skills with scheduling and calendar management for a variety of different therapists and client needs
Your Technical Skills will include:
- Ability and efficiency in operating Mac computers
- Experience with booking clients on the phone and in person
- Ability to ensure accuracy related to any duty assigned
- Understanding of how Accounts Receivable impacts the clinic
- Ability to learn new computer programs
- Experience with MSP billing/ EHC billing is an asset
- Experience with handling referrals from ICBC and other insurance companies
- Willingness to learn new technical skills
- Experience with the Jane Scheduling program an asset

This is a part time position (approx 24-28 hours per week) with the potential for full time in the future. Hours of work for this position will vary but will be Monday to Friday between 8:00am - 8:00pm. The odd Saturday for sick coverage could be possible!
